In a small bowl, combine all spices (reserve 2 Tablespoons of the rub for later).
Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Rub both sides of the steaks with the remaining rub and let site 15-30 minutes.
Heat grill to med-high. Spray steaks with cooking spray.
Grill 7-8 minutes (for med-rare, flipping once), or until desired doneness.
Sprinkle with reserved rub and serve warm.
