Sliced fruit of choice (we like apples, oranges and strawberries) - enough to fill a pitcher 1/3-1/2 full
Frozen strawberries or raspberries for garnish
In a large pitcher, add the sliced fruit. Pour the hard cider on top and allow to soak for 4-6 hours.
Strain the mixture to remove all the fruit.
Add ice and frozen berries to a highball glass.
Pour cider over top (about 3/4 full). Top with ginger beer to taste.
