2 lbs frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup melted butter
12oz sour cream
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Combine potatoes, soup, onions, melted butter, sour cream and cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Top with corn flakes and drizzle butter.
Cover with foil and bake in 350F oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
