Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients: 
  • 2 lbs frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 12oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions: 
  • Combine potatoes, soup, onions, melted butter, sour cream and cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan.
  • Top with corn flakes and drizzle butter.
  • Cover with foil and bake in 350F oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
