Herbal Coffee

This aromatic spiced coffee combines anti-inflammatory turmeric and warming cinnamon with metabolism-supporting ginger for a flavorful, antioxidant-rich beverage that transforms your morning cup into a wellness ritual that supports weight management.

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1.5 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Very small pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Sweetener of choice, optional (I use about 1 teaspoon of Stevia)
  • Creamer of choice, optional 

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to a cup of freshly brewed coffee and whisk to fully combine.
  • Drink immediately.
