Herbal Mango Smoothie (V, GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 20 drops burdock tincture (or 1/4 cup cooled burdock tea)
  • 20 drops dandelion root tincture (or 1/4 cup cooled dandelion root tea)
  • 1/4 cup cooled calendula infusion/tea.
  • 1/4 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 peach, pitted and quartered

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
