Honey Butter

This versatile butter can be used to sweeten up almost anything!!   Some ideas: 
  • Add to cooked veggies
  • Add a dollop on top of cooked meat (steak, chicken, pork chops)
  • Spread on bread, rolls, biscuits, croissants, popovers

DIETS: GF VT
Servings: Makes 1 cup (about 16 - 1 Tablespoon size servings)
Time: 1.5 hours

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions:
  • Fold all ingredients together and mix well. 
  • Chill for at least an hour to let flavors meld.   
  • They can also be frozen by rolling the butter into a cylinder shape in wax paper.  Put in a zip lock bag and freeze.  When ready to use, just slice off the amount you need!
