In a small bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add pastrami and green pepper and mix well.
Transfer to a greased 1-2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbling at edges.
Serve hot with dippers.
