Hummus Flatbread

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • Flatbread or single serve pizza crust
  • Garlic hummus (homemade or store-bought)
  • Red onion, green onion, or shallot (your preference)
  • Kalamata olives
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • Spinach, chopped
  • Olive oil

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to whatever your crust instructions say.
  • Brush flatbread or pizza crust with olive oil.
  • Spread hummus over crust and add remaining toppings.
  • Bake according to flatbread/crust instructions.
  • Serve immediately.
