Infused Waters (V, GF)

All options make a 32-ounce pitcher-full.

Instructions: 
  • Pick your infusion option below. (All ingredients are fresh unless otherwise stated)
  • Add all to a 32-ounce (1L) pitcher.
  • Muddle a bit with a long spoon to break up ingredients and release more flavor. 
  • Add water. 
  • Infuse overnight. 
  • Drink within 24 hours (strained). 

Infusion Options: 
  • 2 Bananas, peeled & sliced; 1 pomegranate (seeds only, gently crushed); juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Chopped watermelon (4 cups); mint leaves torn in half (10 large or 20 small);  juice of 1/2 a lime; 1 mini/kirby cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes, cut in half; 1 pint raspberries, basil leaves torn in half (5 large, 10 small); juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced (if peel is bitter, peel before slicing)
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 8 large mint leaves, torn in half
