Instapot Crab Legs

Ingredients: 
  • 4 pounds/clusters snow crab legs (thawed)
  • 1 Tablespoon Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried or freeze-dried parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1-2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions: 
  • Pour 1 cup water and 1 Tablespoon Zatarain's seasoning into instapot.
  • Put a trivet in the instapot and place crab legs on trivet.
  • Secure the lid and move valve to sealing position. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes and quick release when done.
  • Make garlic butter by melting butter in a small saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.  Keep warm until crab is done.
  • Serve crab with melted butter for dipping on the side.
