Pour 1 cup water and 1 Tablespoon Zatarain's seasoning into instapot.
Put a trivet in the instapot and place crab legs on trivet.
Secure the lid and move valve to sealing position. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes and quick release when done.
Make garlic butter by melting butter in a small saucepan and add all remaining ingredients. Keep warm until crab is done.
Serve crab with melted butter for dipping on the side.
