Jalapeno Popper Spread

Serves 16
Prep Time: 10 minutes; Bake Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 2 packages (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup canned diced jalapeno peppers
  • 3/4 cup panko
  • Red/Yellow Peppers and Corn Chips

Instructions: 
  • In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except panko.
  • Spread into an ungreased 9" pie plate.
  • Sprinkle with panko. 
  • Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Serve with peppers and chips.
