King Crab Legs

Serves 2

Ingredients: 
  • 4 King Crab Legs (thawed)
  • 2 Lemons
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 Tablespoons butter

Instructions: ​
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Cover large cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cut crab legs in 1/2 at the joint, place on sheet
  • Boil 1 cup of water and pour onto baking sheet
  • Sprinkle the surface of the legs with 4 of the garlic cloves
  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the legs, cut the 2nd lemon in wedges and place on pan
  • Cover legs with foil and seal tightly
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes until hot
  • Meanwhile, melt butter and add remaining 2 garlic cloves. 
  • Serve immediately with melted garlic butter
