Kiwi-Pineapple Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed (can substitute chia seeds if desired)

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
