4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb), thawed
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons sliced green onions (with tops)
Instructions:
Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted. Cook chicken in butter over medium heat about 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Add wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt. Place lemon slices on chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10-15 min or until chicken is done. Remove chicken; keep warm. Heat wine mixture to boiling. Cook 3 minutes or until reduced to about half. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with green onions.
