Lemon Julep (V)

Serves 6

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 6 cups lemonade
  • 1 cup bourbon

Instructions: 
  • In large pitcher, combine mint and lemons.
  • With handle end of wooden spoon (or mortar/pestle), mash mint and lemons.
  • Stir in lemonade and bourbon.
  • Mix well; serve over crushed ice and garnish with mint, if desired.
