Lemon-Mint Ginger Ale

Serves 4

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint leaves

Instructions: 
  • In small bowl stir together lemon juice and chopped mint; let stand 10-15 min, then strain.
  • In pitcher, place strained lemon juice; pour in ginger ale. Serve over ice; garnish with mint sprigs
