Mango-Banana Smoothie (GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • dash ground cardamom
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
