This versatile butter can be used to sweeten up almost anything!! Some ideas:
Add to cooked veggies
Add a dollop on top of cooked meat (steak, chicken, pork chops)
Spread on bread, rolls, biscuits, croissants, popovers

Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened 4 Tablespoons Grade B maple syrup
Instructions:
Fold all ingredients together and mix well.
Chill for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
They can also be frozen by rolling the butter into a cylinder shape in wax paper. Put in a zip lock bag and freeze. When ready to use, just slice off the amount you need!
