Mega-Greens Smoothie (GF)

​Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 cup vanilla/honey greek yogurt

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
