Mexican Cornbread Stuffing

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1 box Cornbread stuffing mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 can mexican-style corn
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions: 
  • Bring 1 1/2 cups water and butter to a boil
  • Add stuffing mix and canned corn
  • Cover and remove from heat and let sit approx 5 minutes
  • Add scallions and mix well
  • Serve immediately
