1 teaspoon better than bouillon (match the flavor to the meat)
Instructions:
In large warm skillet, preferably used for cooking meat, add reserved meat drippings.
Add flour, salt & pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until starting to brown.
Add milk, water, and better than bouillon and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and keep warm.
Serve drizzled over meat.
