M&M Cookies

DIETS: LC VT

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12oz) pkg m&m’s
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add combined flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in m&m’s and chips.
  • Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 3" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 min or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cookies stand on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks; cool completely.
