Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add combined flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in m&m’s and chips.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 3" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 min or until edges are golden brown.
Let cookies stand on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks; cool completely.
