Ingredients:
4 sprigs fresh mint
3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1.5 ounces white rum
Soda Water
Instructions:
Muddle 3 sprigs of mint, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
Add rum and shake with ice
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
Top with soda water and garnish with remaining mint sprig
