Orange Smoothie (GF)

​Serves 2

Ingredients: 
  • 1 orange (peeled & sliced) 
  • 1 sliced nectarine or peach, or 3/4 cup frozen 
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • (ice for thickening if using all fresh fruit)

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
