8 oz cashews (or 2/3 cup slivered almonds and 1/3 cup sunflower seeds)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Salt/Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Make dressing by mixing oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and ramen seasoning packet.
Add the slaw mixes and onion to a large bowl. Mix well.
Add the dressing to the slaw mix (the dressing separates, so stir well right before adding, then pour it on quickly).
Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or overnight).
Right before serving, add the ramen noodles, nuts and seeds.
Salt/pepper, to taste
