Parmesan Tilapia

Serves 4
Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • Frank's Red hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions: 
  • Place fillets on greased broiler pan rack.  
  • Brush fillets with lemon juice.  
  • Broil fillets on top oven rack (about 6" from heat) with door partially cracked/opened, about 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily. 
  • Mix mayo, cheese, onion and butter together in a small bowl.
  • Spread mayo mixture evenly over cooked fillets and return to the oven broiling an additional 1-2 minutes, until browned and bubbling.
