PB & Jelly Sandwich Smoothie (V)

Serves 2

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
