Peach-Mint Sun Tea

DIETS: LC GF VG VT
Serves 4

Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Agave, sugar, honey - to taste (optional)

Instructions: 
  • Place water and tea bags in a large glass container with a lid and let sit in the sun for 4 hours.
  • Remove the tea bags.
  • Put tea, peaches, lemon juice, mint and sweetener in a blender and blend until no more chunks remain.
  • Serve over ice
