Bake on middle rack for 4-7 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
When flatbread is done, move rack to top position.
Spread peanut butter evenly over flatbreads, top with banana slices and sprinkle on brown sugar.
Return to oven for 2-5 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove from oven and top with bacon, peanuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Serve warm.
