3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, plus 1 Tablespoon for topping
2 cups sugar, plus 2 Tablespoons for topping
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Microwave chocolate and 3/4 cup butter in large bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir 2 cups sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Spread in greased 13x9 inch pan.
Mix together 1 Tablespoon melted butter, 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1 cup peanut butter. Place spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture over brownie batter. Swirl with knife to marbleize.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
