Place refrigerated eggs into a medium pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to a rolling boil (uncovered).
Turn off the heat, cover, and let eggs sit on the burner for 15 minutes.
Once completed, drain the hot water and give the eggs an ice bath (or run cold water over them for about 5 minutes).
Peel and use!
