Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs

Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 
  • However many eggs you want to hard-boil (refrigerated)
  • Water

Instructions: 
  • Place refrigerated eggs into a medium pot and cover with cold water. 
  • Bring to a rolling boil (uncovered) and cook for exactly 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for exactly 17 minutes. 
  • Meanwhile, fill a large bowl with ice and water.
  • Once completed, drain the eggs and put directly into ice water bowl.
  • Let the eggs rest for about 15 minutes, or until chilled through.
  • Peel and use!
