Pineapple Mint Smoothie (V, GF)

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 a pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
