Ingredients:
1/2 cup plum jam
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and warm on med-low heat.
