Plum Sauce

​Excellent sauce for fish (especially salmon), pork, other meats or even veggies!
DIETS: LC GF VG VT
​Servings: 4
Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup plum jam
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Instructions: 
  • Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and warm on med-low heat.
