Pomegranate Dandelion Tea

DIETS: LC GF VG VT
Serves 1 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Pomegranate White tea bag
  • 1 Dandelion Root tea bag
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions: 
  • Put lemon, cayenne and honey in a small saucepan or teapot.  Muddle to break out the lemon juice.
  • Add tea bags and boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. 
  • Strain into a tea cup and enjoy!
