Mix egg and 1 Tablespoon water in wide shallow bowl.
Mix bread crumbs, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper in another wide shallow bowl.
Dip pork in egg mixture, then dip in crumb mixture.
Heat 2 Tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook pork until done (3-5 min per side). Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add remaining 2 Tablespoons butter and wine to skillet and heat until boiling.
Mix cornstarch with 1 Tablespoon water and add to skillet.
Cook until slightly thickened (1-3 minutes).
Serve pork with sauce poured over the top.
