24-32 stalks asparagus
4 slices prosciutto
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450F
Trim and discard woody bottom ends of asparagus
Gather asparagus into 8 even bundles and roll each tightly with a slice of prosciutto
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Flip and roast another 5-10 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp.
