1/2 cup chickpeas, or other beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoons olive oil
Squeeze of lime (or lemon)
salt & pepper to taste
In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients. Mix well and serve.
