Ranch Potato Wedges

Serves 4
Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 24 oz potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon ranch spice
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions: 
  • Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425F
  • Cut potatoes into 1/2" thick wedges
  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with ranch spice, olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
  • Roast on top rack for 20-30 minutes until brown and tender
