Rhubarb Dessert

Handed down from my mom!

Time: 1.5 hours

Ingredients: 
  • 1 White Cake Mix
  • 2-4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint liquid whipping cream
  • Garnish with cool whip

Instructions: 
  • Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg.
  • Place batter in bottom of 9x13 pan.
  • Top with rhubarb and sugar. Pour whipping cream on top.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350F. Garnish with cool whip.
