Handed down from my mom! DIETS: VT Servings: 12 Time: 1.5 hours
Ingredients:
1 White Cake Mix
2-4 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 pint liquid whipping cream
Garnish with cool whip
Instructions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg.
Place batter in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Top with rhubarb and sugar. Pour whipping cream on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350F. Garnish with cool whip.
