Can also add 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar for every 2 cups of sprouts for a tangy variation
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F and place oven rack in top position (can roast at different temps if desired, adjust cooking times up and down accordingly)
Can also do this in an air fryer @ 400F
Place vegetables, olive oil and salt/pepper in a medium bowl and mix well
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer
Roast for 15-25 minutes in oven (10-12 minutes in air fryer), stirring half-way through baking time
Serve!
