Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Time: 2 hours

Ingredients: 
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Butter, melted (vegan, if desired)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions: 
  • Heat oven to 275F.
  • Boil Seeds in salt water for 10-15 minutes, then let soak for 10 more minutes.
  • Drain water from seeds and pat dry.
  • Combine butter, salts, worchestershire and seeds.
  • Mix thoroughly and place in shallow baking dish.'
  • Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally
