Ingredients:
1.5 Tablespoons Butter, melted (vegan, if desired)
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
2 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions:
Heat oven to 275F.
Boil Seeds in salt water for 10-15 minutes, then let soak for 10 more minutes.
Drain water from seeds and pat dry.
Combine butter, salts, worchestershire and seeds.
Mix thoroughly and place in shallow baking dish.'
Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally
