Roasted Red Pepper

These are SO much better than the jarred stuff in the store, and super easy to do yourself! 

DIETS: LC GF KT VG VT
Servings: 1
Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Red Pepper

Instructions: 
  • Preheat oven to 450F and move rack to top position.
  • Cut peppers in half and remove the stem and seeds.
  • Lay them cut-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until skin is charred.
  • Remove from pan and put in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.  
  • Leave sit until cooled and then remove skins (they should peel right off).
