Rosemary Chicken/Turkey

Ingredients: 
  • 4 4-6oz boneless chicken or turkey breast
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh Rosemary (or can substitute thyme, dill, tarragon)

Instructions: 
  • Heat 1 Tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  Cook meat for about 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  • Add wine/broth to pan, reduce heat to med-low and whisk - scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan.
  • Add cream and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and add herbs and butter until blended and slightly thickened.
