1 Tablespoon fresh Rosemary (or can substitute thyme, dill, tarragon)
Instructions:
Heat 1 Tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meat for about 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and no longer pink in the center.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add wine/broth to pan, reduce heat to med-low and whisk - scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan.
Add cream and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and add herbs and butter until blended and slightly thickened.
