Rosemary Pork

Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 pork tenderloins (4-6oz each)

Instructions: 
  • Combine everything but olive oil and pork in a wide shallow container and mix well.
  • Place 1 cup water in another wide shallow container.
  • Dip meat in water, then dip in bread crumb mixture, turning and pressing to coat.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.  Cook meat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and no longer pink in the center.
