In a small bowl mix mayo, cream cheese, mustard and chiles until smooth.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
Spread the mayo mixture evenly across all 6 tortillas.
Top with salami and lettuce.
Roll up each tortilla tightly. Trim the ends and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
To serve, cut each roll into 8 pieces (secure with a toothpick if necessary).
