Salami Roll-Ups

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Tablespoons mayo
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 - 4oz can chopped green chiles
  • 6 -  8" flour tortillas
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced salami
  • 6 leaves lettuce

Instructions: 
  • In a small bowl mix mayo, cream cheese, mustard and chiles until smooth.
  • Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Spread the mayo mixture evenly across all 6 tortillas.
  • Top with salami and lettuce.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly. Trim the ends and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • To serve, cut each roll into 8 pieces (secure with a toothpick if necessary).
