Mix all ingredients except salmon in a small saucepan and warm on med-low heat. Keep warm.
Take a small amount of the sauce (about 2 Tablespoons) and baste the salmon on all sides.
Drizzle some olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
Add Salmon and cook until done and flakes easily with a fork (4-6 minutes per side).
Serve topped with remaining warm plum sauce.
