Sausage & Pepper Grill Packets

Ingredients: 
  • 1 lb smoked sausages, kielbasa or andouille, cut into chunks
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into bit-size chunks
  • 1/4 cup Tabasco sauce
  • 1-10oz jar sweet and sour sauce
  • Tin foil or foil cooking bag

Instructions: 
  • Place sausage, peppers and onion in tin foil/foil bag.  Mix Tabasco and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture.  Seal tightly.
  • Place foil bag on grill and cook for about 45 min, turning every 15 min.  Open bag and serve!
