8 cups kale, ribs removed and leaves roughly chopped
1/4 cup broth (any kind)
6 Tablespoons sliced almonds
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broth and kale and mix. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until kale is wilted.
Uncover, add almonds, and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Add salt & pepper, to taste.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with almonds, and serve immediately.
