4 Tablespoons butter or olive oil (or mix of both)
Salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg (to taste)
Instructions:
Melt butter/heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add spinach and seasonings and cook (stirring constantly) until bright green and limp (just a few min)
Serve Warm
